We are an independent boutique search firm with significant experience across the North American market, and over a decade spent at leading global executive search firms. We founded Caliber Executive Search to deliver a highly local and personalized approach in executing search mandates.
We have worked with a wide range of organizations - from start-ups, non-profits, and family-owned businesses to large, publicly-traded global companies - across a variety of industries and functions, and are highly versatile in attracting top talent to diverse organizations.
Founder - Tracy Rainkie
Tracy has significant experience as a search professional spanning across the North American market, having spent most of her search career with Korn Ferry, Spencer Stuart and Robert Half. Prior to entering the search industry in 2007, she spent several years in Investment Banking and Private Equity.
Outside of work, Tracy is a passionate global citizen who loves to travel and explore. She is an active community member who dedicates significant time to volunteering with organizations such as the Mustard Seed, Calgary Food Bank and Brown Bagging for Calgary Kids.
